Shipping policy

We ship worldwide - Most of our garments are made-to-order by our partner atelier in Guangdong, dispatched directly to your doorstep within 7-10 working days.

This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and customs duties.


 

1. Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 7-10 working days from order confirmation.

  • Pre-order items: Dispatched within the estimated window shown on the product page (typically 4–6 weeks). If there is a delay, we will update you by email.


 

2. Delivery Times & Costs

Free delivery on orders over €89 (calculated after discounts, before shipping).

Delivery (via DHL/UPS) is available for all regions — rates shown at checkout.

 


 

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU customers: No additional customs fees or import VAT.

  • Non-EU customers (UK, USA, Japan, South Korea, etc.): Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by your country’s customs authority or courier. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us:

    • Refund will be minus the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees charged to us by the courier.


 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your parcel.

 


 

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

 


 

6. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, courier issues, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
