We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, you can return any eligible item - whether purchased in stock or on pre-order - within 14 days of delivery.


 

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed.

  • With all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


 

2. How to Start a Return

Contact us at hello@nonametbc.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We’ll confirm if your return is accepted and send you instructions, including the return shipping address.


 

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


 

4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as required.

 


 

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Items without original tags or packaging, or that show signs of wear or alteration


 

6. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at hello@nonametbc.com.

 


 

7. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify your replacement request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
